Focus on monthly class revenue to build a strong foundation (70-80%), then boost your income and visibility through parties and camps. With our guidance and your entrepreneurial spirit, you’re in control. Set your own pricing and member numbers to maximize your earning potential
Franchise costs
By joining The Little Gym family, you join a brand that has been ‘best in class’ in child development globally for nearly 50 years. The costs to become part of the family are threefold: there is a one-time franchise fee at the start, a yearly royalty of 8% of your gross monthly revenue (ensuring ongoing support in knowledge, curriculum and systems) and a 1% marketing fund (ensuring access to marketing systems, material and best practise).
Start-Up Costs
Start-up costs typically range from £350k-£485k* (net of VAT), depending on location, gym size, and landlord contributions. Generally, you’ll need to cover 30% of the total investment, with the rest financed through a bank loan. This includes:
- The franchise fee
- Professional and Legal fees
- Fit-out
- Equipment and furnishings
- Pre-opening payroll
- Pre-opening commercial investment incl. marketing
